ReviewsWe received the following comment from Pam Crabtree: "This information is simply not available on the internet. Most of the information that is out there talks about stages in terms of difficulties with daily living, incontinence, problems with mobility. Your book talks about the realities of caring for an elderly person with dementia--the hallucinations, seeing dead relatives, talking to people who are not there. etc. "Pam has also written a formal review at Amazon.com. Her Final Year got featured on this book discussion forum. Here's a quote: "I recommend Her Final Year for many reasons, but first and foremost because it is an honest account. These authors are sharing how they felt, how they coped, how they tried to learn on the job, how they dealt with relatives who were concerned, and how they interacted with doctors and nurses."
